As part of its corporate social responsibility project, GIMDES delivered products from halal-certified brands to 150 middle school students studying at Dar al-Alimah Madrasahs. This meaningful project aims to both raise awareness of halal products and support these important educational institutions.
At GIMDES, we not only issue halal certifications to products, but also prioritize upholding social values. With this project, we aim to both highlight the importance of halal and Tayyib products and make a small contribution to our educational institutions.
Halal-Certified Brands Also Support the Project
Many halal-certified brands also supported this project with their products, spearheaded by GIMDES. Students were gifted Spumy toothpastes, Afia’s moist cakes, and Abdurrahman Tatlıcı’s Tatlıbu hazelnut spread chocolates.
These catering sponsorships and sponsorship activities demonstrate that brands are not solely focused on commercial gain but also fulfill their social responsibilities.
Course students and instructors were informed about halal products. Books were also presented to the students and instructors. Our course expressed its gratitude to GIMDES and the brands that supported it.
