The GIMDES Voluntary Health Research Group Presented “Halal Healing in Medicine.”
On October 11, 2025, the GIMDES Health Research Group hosted a breakfast and promotional program with women dedicated to halal and halal food. The program began in a friendly breakfast atmosphere and outlined the group’s goals.
The program continued with a presentation on “Halal Healing in Medicine” by Pharm. Aleyna Zeynep BalekoÄŸlu. Participants were informed about ethyl alcohol, gelatin, and alternative additives found in medicines, and the importance of halal awareness was emphasized in the medication and treatment process.
During the breakfast program, GIMDES volunteering activities were also introduced, a question-and-answer session was held, and various gifts were presented to the participants. At the end of the program, the ladies paid a congratulatory visit to the newly opened BayrampaÅŸa Halal Dunya Market.
