As in all areas, Muslims must act in accordance with the commands set by Allah Almighty to protect their health and find healing from illness. The helplessness experienced for years by our brothers and sisters seeking halal and tayyib medicine, in order to comply with the commands of Islam, deeply saddened me.
Since 2004, I have been working to find solutions for our Muslim brothers and sisters seeking halal and tayyib medicine, both through public awareness campaigns, writing letters to the Ministry of Health, and organizing sessions on this subject at international conferences we have held.
Ibn Mes’ud (r.a.) narrated that the Prophet (s.a.v.) said: “Indeed, Allah has not placed your cure in what He has forbidden you.” (Bukhari) In the light of the hadiths, we know that the cure for no disease is found in haram products. It is the duty of us Muslims to seek halal alternatives for the cure of diseases.
Finally, our efforts have borne fruit. The pharmaceutical manufacturer BiosanBio has earned certification from GIMDES. I wanted to announce this new development, which will answer the search for halal medicines of many of our brothers and sisters, as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF OSTEOARTHRITIS (OA)?
OA joint pain is typically defined as a disease that worsens with activity and is relieved by rest. More advanced OA can cause pain at rest and at night, and the pain can be further intensified by sleep deprivation.
