Unsade, Türkiye’s first GIMDES Halal and Tayyib Certified Bread Bakery, continues its production.
A significant step has been taken in the production of bread, one of the most consumed food items in our society, which is in high demand for halal and tayyib production and has been awaited with great interest by the public. UNSADE Bread Bakery received its GIMDES Certificate in 2020.
Our company, which started operating in Bağcılar, Istanbul in 2020, later moved to Başakşehir and renewed its GIMDES Halal and Tayyib Certificate on May 30, 2024.
Our bakery is regularly inspected by the GIMDES audit team as long as it holds a GIMDES certificate. To date, no negative findings have been reported in these inspections. Our company produces bread in accordance with all four schools of Islamic jurisprudence.

Many meetings were held, but unfortunately, no restaurant/catering establishment had managed to obtain certification from GIMDES. Alhamdulillah, DEĞER TAŞ FIRIN RESTAURANT showed this determination and managed to obtain halal certification for almost all of its products (with some exceptions). Now we have a restaurant where we can eat with confidence and recommend to others.
