GIMDES, which spearheads Halal and Tayyib life-style by 8 international expo and 12 international conferences, continues to work with the determination to increase the export of Halal and Tayyib products to Europe in 2020.
A committee, whose members are GIMDES volunteers in Europe, has arrived in Istanbul a few days ago. They aim to meet Muslims in Europe with Halal and Tayyib products. As a first step, 80 firms carrying GIMDES Halal and Tayyib certificates have been identified to negotiate. If the meetings are successful, the target is to import PULSES (rice, bulgur, beans, etc.), LIQUID OIL-OLIVE OIL, FLOUR, PASTA, BREAKFAST (honey, molasses, halva, jam, olives, etc.), CHOCOLATE VARIETIES, SPICES, AROMATIC OILS, TEA-HERBAL TEA, CLEANER AND COSMETIC products to Europe, which are designated to 500 different markets and showrooms.
We have already announced that as GIMDES, we are hosting these meetings in the headquarter of GIMDES from 24 to 29 December 2020 and serve as a bridge between the committee and the firms without pursuing any profit. Following our first announcement, we have been communicating with our firms regarding these meetings and their excitement has spread to us. We pray Allah (SWT) to transform these efforts into Khair for the Muslim brothers and sisters in Europe and all the Muslim Ummah.
