Eid Al Fitr MUBARAK!

We congratulate the whole Islamic world on Eid al-Fitr, and we pray that it will be a blessing from Allah Almighty.

Eid is one of the most beautiful occasions that brings people together.  So much so, that the spirit of helping and giving gifts during the eid does not depend only on those who are alive, but extends to those who leave the world and wait for a Fatiha in their graves.  To fulfill their wish, believers visit graves on Eid;  They also make them happy by reciting the Qur’an, Fatiha and prayers to their souls.

Eid Al Fitr and Eid Al Adha have been celebrated since the 2nd year of Hijra.  Ramadan fasting was made obligatory for the first time this year, and people who fasted this month celebrated the first three days of the next month (Shawwal) as eid.  For this reason, this holiday is called Eid Al Fitr.

On the morning of Eid, when Muslims gather in mosques for prayers, Allahu ta’ala asks the angels, “What is the reward for the one who does his job and completes it?” And the angels say, “To get your wages”.  Allahu ta’ala says, “Bear witness that I have given my servants my consent and forgiveness in return for the fasts and prayers in Ramadan. O my servants, ask me today, I will give you whatever you want for the sake of İzzah (honour) and Jalal (glory).”  commands.  (Imam Beyhaki)
