BPJPH, the Indonesian Accreditation Agency, completed the inspection they conducted at the GIMDES headquarters. The necessary information for mutual recognition was reviewed and shared.
They completed the inspection they started on Monday, September 9, 2024, on Friday, September 13, 2024. In the last meeting held on Friday, Dr. Hüseyin Kami Büyüközer said that studies should be carried out to bring the people of the two countries together for cooperation in the Halal and Tayyib food and necessities industry. He emphasized that we should not forget that as Allah Almighty stated in the 168th verse of the Surah Al-Baqarah in the Holy Quran, it was revealed not only to Muslims but also to all people in the world to consume Halal and Tayyib products, and therefore, it is important to carry out studies so that all humanity can consume Halal and Tayyib foods.
Some sections from the conference, which is the last of the International Halal and Tayyib Products conference organized by GIMDES every year and which also included a speech by Indonesian professor Dr. Muhammed Nadratuzzaman HOSEN, were shown to our guests.
The foreign relations unit made a presentation about the introduction of Eyüp Sultan and Hagia Sophia Mosque, which are historical places of Istanbul. After the presentation, the meeting ended with mutual prayers and good wishes. After touring our Eyüp Sultan district and Sultanahmet, our valued guests expressed that they were very pleased with the program, that they would not forget it, that they thanked us very much for everything in this regard, and expressed their wishes for God’s mercy and blessings to be upon GIMDES.
We pray to God that these inspections and meetings will be beneficial for both countries.
