Our aim by teaching this education under the department of Food Science and Technology:
Educate highly qualified individuals who are knowledgeable about food regulations, follow scientific and technological developments, and have detailed information about the concepts of halal and haram within the framework of Islamic law.

Education language is Turkish. Besides, to equip our students with internationally recognized knowledge and communication skills, Arabic and English language courses are also compulsory in our curriculum. This will provide you with direct access to Islamic resources and a close follow-up on scientific developments.

*Only high school (equivalent) or university graduates are eligible to apply.
*Since the course will be delivered online only, please ensure you have the necessary technical facilities to attend classes.
