The GIMDES Women’s Volunteer Board is off to a great start with its activities for the year 2025-2026, the year 1447 AH. As the first event of the new term, a picnic meeting for women will be held in İstanbul-Fatih, in the garden of the Süleymaniye Mosque on Thursday, September 11th, at 11:00 a.m.
The event will provide volunteer women with the opportunity to meet, socialize, and share plans for the new term. Held at the Süleymaniye Mosque, one of Istanbul’s most special venues with its spiritual atmosphere, this gathering aims to strengthen sisterhood and solidarity.
Attendance is free at the event, where volunteers will gather around a warm table with Halal and Tayyib refreshments prepared by the GIMDES Women’s Board. The picnic gathering will strengthen the spirit of unity among volunteers and inspire new projects.
