Malaysia accreditation and Halal certification foundation (JAKIM) came to the GIMDES on 15 October for discussing important ideas by meetings between GIMDES and JAKIM. GIMDES standards and certification procedures and working system, application was mentioned in the first day. Especially 24-hour Camera System which is applied by GIMDES in the slaughterhouse certification has been interested by the committee.
The second day the committee has visited ERPILIC, which is GIMDES halal certified slaughterhouse. The company exports their products near countries of Turkey. 3rd-day Halal Certified Bereket Doner is visited.
